Warranty

Watches purchased from covers a warranty for 2 years from date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms and conditions of the warranty. Please be aware that the warranty coverage is based on the individual brand and is subjected to changes and is covered by the distributor/supplier of the watch brands,
The warranty covers the watch movement, hands and dial. Should one of these component/s be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period and under normal use, distributor/supplier will endeavour to do its best to repair the defective part of the watch.

While we do cover a 2-year warranty, please do keep in mind the following is not covered:

The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Any water damage unless the watch is water-resistant (Water damage of leather strap is not covered under any circumstance)
Any damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear, including, The Case, Crystal, Strap and or Bracelet.
